I've been to this restaurant before, but this visit was a disappointing and regrettable experience. The quality of the food was extremely poor and lacked any real taste. Manchow Soup – Extremely poor; it caused an itching sensation in the throat. We couldn't finish it. Veg Manchurian – Again, very poorly made and lacked flavor. Dosa – This was the only saving grace. The taste was decent and somewhat enjoyabless Pasta– Had to be returned due to poor quality and taste. Other items ordered – All were below average and not up to the mark. The worst part of the experience was the indifferent and callous attitude of the attendants. Feedback was ignored, and there was no manager present to escalate the matter. The staff seemed completely unconcerned, which reflects poorly on the overall management. With this kind of service and attitude, the restaurant is surely headed downhill.

I visited this restaurant on 23 july 2023 at 7pm .there chat pakaoda jalebi counter are outside which is verry unhygienic mosquitoes are there Even in kitchen which you can see in pic that i have uploaded. on food table so many mosquitoes . I said I want to eat rajlachori so they told me to go outside inside not allowed even 7pm it was very hot ni fan was there but they didt allow and 15 rs samosa is Avilable inside bit 90rs rajlachori outside. Taste not good materials so missing so they just managed by putting something Dalia taste was coming in papri. don't see bloggers vdo and come here very bad pathetic service.

This couldn't be expected from such a big brand. . coconut chutney was rotten. Dosa batter was of few days back. Hope you will improve your quality. We are giving our hard earned money not for rotten things.

they fooled me by giving chandrakala sweet instead of kaju katli, they packed it in such a way that i didn't have the look of a packaged item. Such a cheap act, all my trusts have broken.

The food taste has become very bad. When it had newly started it was good but now there is no taste at all. Please prefer other food joints instead of this place for value for money.

My uncle got the 1kg pack of Kaju Katli yesterday and today only you can clearly see the condition of Kaju Katli except 4/5 pieces all were stale. Pathetic and disgusting.

There was smell in the chutney and masala of dosa... Better for restaurant to cancel the order rather than fulfilling it like this way . Never have it in future
