"I dined at Regalia restaurant in Patna and ordered Tandoori Tungri Kabab Fish Chili as a starter, along with White Sauce Pasta, Bhuna Chicken, and Tandoori Butter Roti. Let's talk about the Tungri Kabab first - it had no taste whatsoever, and the stuffing was also not good. Overall, the Tungri Kabab tasted terrible, and I'd give it a zero rating. The Chili Fish was average, neither good nor bad, so I'd give it one rating. As for the pasta, there was no cheese, just a load of flour, so I'd give it a zero rating. The only item that was good was the Bhuna Chicken, which deserves a rating. Overall, I'd give Regalia one rating because the Bhuna Chicken was the only edible item; the rest were not worth eating." "I just want to know from Regalia whether the dining experience I had, which was booked through Zomato with a 20% discount offer, was the taste affected by the discount, or is the taste at Regalia always like that, even without the discount?

Hi Team, I am a regular and old customer of this restaurant and have visited/dined here multiple times. However, I have noticed that they are unable to handle rush/crowd properly. Whenever there is a bit of rush, both the food quality and service drop to third-class and extremely poor standards. The same happened with my recent order This has happened multiple times, and it is disappointing for a loyal customer like me. Please look into this issue and ensure consistent quality regardless of crowd.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The food quality was below expectations, but the manager’s rude and arrogant behavior was shocking. No respect for customers and zero accountability. Would never recommend this place. but the biggest issue was the manager’s rude and unprofessional attitude. Instead of resolving the concern politely, it was handled very poorly. Expected much better customer service.
