I have been here twice in my stay of six months and I loved their food. They maintained the protocols during covid times. Though the first time ,the main course took a longer time to be served but it was good . Next time we enjoyed the starters as well as the main course. The quantity as well as the quality of food is perfect. I enjoyed their baked vegetable a lot. One must try.service is also very good .

I visited Samrat on a Sunday afternoon and it had a relaxed vibe to it. The Garlic Chicken was mouth watering and so was the Chicken Steak Sizzler. The Baked Fish and Tomato is unusual but definitely worth a try. The service was also top notch.

It is a good place in Patna and I always enjoyed a lot while dine there. Few things can be improve like service and little bit of some food quality and presentation.

We ordered pat Thai noodles which tasted like street style chowmein with lots of soya sauce, less veggies and roasted peanut was absent. Dimsums were okays. The hygiene level was not upto mark. washroom.basin was having hairs in it. The service was slow.

The name of this fancy old restaurant is quite famous here in Patna. But I was utterly disappointed with every bit of it. Generally when we are too hungry, you might have noticed that whatever comes to your plate you will eat that and the taste would also be amazing no matter how simple is the food. But this place will spoil your appetite. First of all the taste was too bad and on top of that the service was pathetic too, we sat for around 2 hrs to get done with our dinner. Each course had a waiting period of 20mins least. Personally I didnt liked the food at all, we ate icecream after our dinner just to feel good. This was the level of dissatisfaction. Utterly overpriced wrt to the quality. The local street food tastes far better. I AM NOT GOING TO STEP THERE AGAIN.

I visited this restaurant recently. i admit the food was good but please be careful while paying the bill. In my bill they added three types of tax. Service food charge, cgt and sgt. I still do not know what is cgt and sgt. i was knowing only cst and gst. moreover they charged 9% each for cgt and sgt which is not valid while as per government rule it should be 2.5% each for cst and gst. again when i told them to cancel food service charge they were reluctant to do that. it seemed that they were not aware of new rule which is now 2-3 years old rule now. i hope they follow the guide line by government.

Service sucks. The waiters just stand around in a group talking to each other paying no attention to the customer. The ambience and the food is also not good so I don't understand what they charge such high prices for. We asked for beverages, even reminded them when it didn't arrive. But it didn't arrive. But then it was there in the bill. Food is meh.

Terrible food. Horrible staff. No accountability from management. Will never visit again and neither should anyone else.
