​Honestly, finding a place that hits the balance between taste and service is rare, but this restaurant nailed it. The food had that wonderful 'made-from-scratch' quality; you can really taste the freshness in every bite, and it was served steaming hot right to our table. The staff was so humble—they weren't just doing their job, they actually made us feel welcome with their respectful behavior. For the price they charge, the portion size and quality are unbeatable. Definitely not my last visit! Thankyou so much....The Downtown Cafe

the food taste was very basic. they had very less food options . every 3rd dish you asked they said thats unavailable. the green fizz mojito was very basic just taste like nimbu pani. the service was very unexpectedly poor and the service man did not clearly told the billing amount and we mistankedly paid extra amount on water bottle and packaging that was already been paid through district pay. the chair and table were clearly totaly dirty and table was very shaky. at last the experience was really bad for us. there are many option available that are way better.

the place is very dirty. no hygiene. waiting time for the food is too long. staffs keep on laughing n talking loudly infront of the guest.no fine dine culture.no cafe feel...
