food is good, but they don't know that their hotel is listed in the district dine in, please make sure that you let them know.

Mandatory to give atleast 1 rating to proceed with comments. Else im okay to give negative ratings. We went for lunch. They said meals will take 30 minutes and only option left is to opt for buffet. They have rice, gravies and fry for buffet but not for meals. Very strange. Everything was prepared 5 to 6 hours before and dint ever bother to ensure its warmness. No taste. No service. No humanity. Only concentrated on money. People should be happy in paying money for food and its basically called service industry. Donot forget.

Swiggy dine out and zomato dining payment option showing in the respective app. But they are not accepting to make payment via those. Then why are showing that option in app. If asks this question no answer from them. Simply saying just pay directly.

The room organization, reception was really very bad and we found bad smell in our room. The restaurant was very slow in servicing. No proper room service during night stay.

Payment via Zomato is not accepted in the restaurant. Why do Zomato has to list it????? Poor management
