The food, portion sizes, and overall service from the staff were good. However, our experience with the manager (I believe his name was Kirti) was disappointing, as he came across as quite rude. The AC was not working in our seating area, so we politely requested to be shifted if another table became available. Our request was refused outright, without any attempt to assist or offer an alternative, which affected our overall dining experience. A more courteous and accommodating response would have been appreciated

both the honey iced americano and sweet fresh lime soda were not good .honey iced americano was too sweet and so I had to add extra black coffee and water and the sweet fresh lime soda was too sour and impossible to ingest.

Delicacies weren't jaw dropping good or as great as heard of and the service was woeful as the managers almost thought themselves as the PM's secretary and only replied to women they found pleasing

Can skip. Typical case of dikhave pe mat jao. Went for dinner. Wait time 10 mins. That's ok. 1st floor was sooo depressing.. no music no Vibe..just a extra laid back small room with 4 tables. Have to get up n call staff Menu is typically mixed random global cuisine. not many fresh options we felt Got grilled fish- fish nicely done. Bisque good flavour. Mash potatao- very bland. No herbs/salt/cream. Who serves bisque fish in a flat plate!!! Mango Pad thai salad- very disappointing. They used raw mango not mango , that to alott of it makes it extremely sour to enjoy..u can't write mango n use raw one! Dressing is very average. Flavour balance not good. Service- avg.staff is busy watching phone.n we had to get up 3 times to call them. After avg meal experience didn't order desserts. Maybe daytime vibe is better but I'm sure there are better VFM n tastier food places. So skip this.

Firstly absolutely pathetic service.....they don't give u seats where asked even if there is availability...the attitude is so so rude from the moment u enter. The staff is in a hurry to shop you out. Last order is at 9 30 they force u to order by then even if the restaurant closes at 11. We come to enjoy and have a good meal but just get a rushed and ride experience. They don't serve proper plates even when requested they have only tiny plates no dinner plates..they don't have proper water glasses either...they serve water in tiny glasses that is usually used to serve coffee normally. Lastly u at least expect good food...all you get is extremely bland food with potatoes in everything..... absolutely zero flavor, less variety and extremely overpriced.

We visited on a weekday at peak lunch hour there were 4 of us and we ordered the fish, 15 minutes later the waiter tells us that they were completely sold out of the fish. Our disappointed was further aided but the lack of flavour in every consecutive dish. The iced tea was flavoured sugar syrup,eating the risotto felt like having boiled rice with oil and colour, the pizza was burnt and left residual charr, the prawns were sad and old the price to add prawns was ₹290 and finally the korean chicken was boiled chicken with a chinese sauce smothering it. It was overall an incredibly disappointing experience. This place is just an instagram hotspot to trap tourists into wasting their money for a few nice pictures and bland food.

This is such a depressing cafe.. they took 30 mins for just 2 cup coffee.. please don’t go on the hype created by influencers on instagram. There are much more better cafes in pondy.. never visiting here again

worst service, it is not worth the waiting time. they don't respect you and they just want to sell food to you. they are not concern about you food eat experience. please don't go
