The staff was very unprofessional, cannot allocate table even when it's vacant. horrible place to have dinner peacefully

Real worst and disappointing experience, the food was unhygienic and old. Got my partner in health trouble he got his stomach upset which ruined our trip. We ordered chicken biriyani, chapati and prawn Chettinad the portions were also not enough for what they charged. Do not recommend this restaurant it any situation, it's a health risk to go in here.

Worst experience we got here. We went around 2 o clock in the afternoon. Most of the items were not available. We ordered chicken briyani and 2 chapathi with prawn chettinad. The quantity was not worth for what they charged. The chapati prawns and chicken they served was old and rotten. Prawn chettinad was full of salt. With in a hour i got stomach upset and food poison. My entire trip was ruined by these guys. I will never suggest this restaurant.

I ordered 2 chicken bucket at 12.5pm at the parcel counter, waited for 15mins no response, went inside the restaurant and reminded them politely, they kept saying we're processing your order. At 12.50 Lost my patience and changed my tone and found out that they haven't taken my order to the kitchen yet. Then approached the manager with the genuine reason stating all the other orders are being processed and where's mine here comes his reply " Why do you've inferiority complex, why are you comparing yourself with other customers, you've to wait and that's how it works " SERIOUSLY? Pathetic and irrelevant reply And the worst service. This what happens when you appoint a person without any qualification. The one who uses inappropriate words to the customers.

Great place for small budget small eat along with alcohol. Their barbeque chicken is a must! There a seperate bar and a restaurant for family dining but you can order your alcohol at the restaurant as well!

This place has a perfect rooftop ambience but the staff and waiters play a real spoilsport to it. Once u step foot in the rooftop restaurant you will be almost immediately ask whether you want food and alcohol both. If you are coming only for food they will strictly redirect you to 1st floor( Family dining). Then if you have successfully got into the rooftop restaurant they will be making you seat where you aren't comfortable to. Most of the waiters/staff are not at all courteous. They have basically very less idea about the food menu. So if you ask them about food basically the answer will be a yes or no, nothing further. Coming to the food part, it is exactly opposite to the experience I had with the staff. It is really delicious. I had ordered fish finger, grilled fish and Chicken steak. Along with this Chilled beer and lime soda. The food was cooked very well and the topping of the sauce over the chicken steak was just lipsmacking. The grilled fish was equally delicious and a must have dish. Many items in the food menu as well as the drinks menu were not available which was a big turnoff. You can visit here for the food and ambience but be ready to encounter with slightly uncomfortable staff behavior.

The roasted chicken salad and grilled fish are out of this world. Amazing place with a mid range budget and food that's worth the price. It's a regular for me and my friends.

Good taste. Starters are really good. Nice hotel with good aesthetic view. Main dishes could be improved. Overall a should visit in puducherry hotels.

What I love about this place is the service It's a open air restaurant that u can get food and drinks... If you are pure non vegetarian... try out this place especially their pork and beef dish... Thanks to the service team giving us a warm hospitality But one thing... wash room ...it's a common for gent and ladies. ..wish they have separate wash room for ladies and gents... Overall it's a nice experience... Recommended to everyone...
