Hello Viewers, First of all, I want to thank Zomato for keeping this review system for Dine in as well. The viewers should know whether they've opted for the right restaurant or not. Today , I visited Annandha Inn Gokulam Pure Veg Restaurant. It was quite a busy day in Pondicherry as there were multiple muhurthams. No Car Parking: For a hotel like Annandha, they should have enough parking space for the reserved table customers. But unfortunately it was Muhurtham and no parking space. Quite acceptable because we need to understand the hotel pressure also. I've parked my vehicle near Shenbaga Hotel, which is nearly 400m away from Annandha. Huge wait time: It was very high waiting time. It's really unacceptable. We've ordered one Dosa which took nearly 45 mins to come. After that, we tried ordering 2 extra, and they told me it got completed. How funny it was. Don't you guys have batter to give one extra Dosa 😆 No for everything: Whatever we ask, the answer will be simply No No & No. For example, we asked for mushroom gravey, and they said No. They keep on repeating the same template that we've Naan, Fried Rice, and Paneer Tikka Gravy very pathetic and unrestful No Proper communication Channel: There was no proper communication from the restaurant side to us on what they have and they don't have. It feels like we are uninvited guests to the hotel Positive: The ambiance was good & we had cake cutting for my sister without any restrictions from the hotel As I've prebooked, I got 20% off from the total bill Advice to the hotel: Treat your customers like a guest, not like unwanted relatives Prior inform the guest on what you have and how much you have. Don't let them wait and not getting the ordered food Need more staffing to take care & reduce the wait time Guess I Have: I'm thinking that I went to the restaurant on a very busy day and that might have caused issues to me. I still feel that they might treat us well if we've visited on free days. Anyhow, hotels like Annandha Inn should manage all these. Disclaimer: All the above reviews are based on my experience. Nothing personal. we're about 10 members a little disappointed tonight. But it's hard luck for us on the busy day we went to the hotel
