We ordered our food they forgot a few items. We reminded them still no response. We waited for an hour and at the end we had to cancel those items (Love ABC juice and Tiramisu). This was very annoying and really disheartening.

only pizza options available for Jain. Even after requesting to make other options, they denied strictly. The jain Mediterranean pizza was bland, average. service was good

The pizza that we had was really bad in taste. Too much butter and no taste at all. Restaurant should improve the food quality. Kombucha was ok, but the pizza was awful.

The service was extremely slow. The only positive thing I could say about the place was the instagram-worthy pics that one can click with the wall paintings. But menu and service was not at all up to the mark. During our order we were told only smoothie bowl and sandwiches are available so we ordered one each. It literally took 45 minutes to one hour to get the food delivered and that also when we told them to cancel our order and go elsewhere as it was spoiling our plan for the day. The smoothie bowl was good but the sandwiches had gone cold which made it evident that the food was served long after it was ready. And this did not happen only to us. Every other customer in the cafe that day should frustration over the delayed service. Unless the service gets better I feel it is not worth to visit this cafe.

Very bad service!! 0 star was not available or else I would have given that. More than the experience it was a patience test. Firstly no one came to take our order for 10 mins. Secondly it took them 30 mins to make 2 simple south indian filter coffees and when served those were not at all hot!! So I told them to remake them. That guy gave one coffee in another 20 mins and second coffee after another 15 mins. The coffee was also pretty average, not something very exotic for which he took so much of time. The ambience was also not comfortable, some seats don't have the back support. Overall it was a bad experience, totally spoiled out moods

wish I could give something lower than one star.. we ordered a pizza which they gave after 40 mins. the service was very slow and staff also didn't respond when we kept on asking. for pizza the amount we paid was heavy but got a bland, poor quality crust and it tasted bad. overall I don't get the hype around this place. extremely poor 👎

I don't recommend this to anyone. Time for service is too. Food is not upto mark. The staff is rude. The ambience is just average. There are a lot better places in White Town as compared to this. The seats do not have back support. The space is less and the cafe is congested.

Terrible taste. Extremely bland. I doubt if the chef could get that pasta down themselves 😂
