I love this place. Their standards of making burger and meals are in good quality. And taste was awesome. Service person are providing good service and hospitality. Please appreciate each and every staffs.

Mc Donald in Providence mall is the best outlet. Spicy American wheat cheese chicken burger is extraordinarily superb. Well done for the quality and taste even at its offer price. Keep going.

Be polite and customer friendly staffs. Food quality are good. And the taste was very good.It placed near to the food court. Neat and clean environment.

Its same as any other McD outlet. The ambience is really cool. As its in the mall more often you find a big queue over here😅. May be the last restaurant to close in the mall and you can get some food here even if you are late sometimes😁

Pretty good. Food is nice. Seating is a little limited but you can sit in the nearby food court dining area if this is full. Seems to be a bit expensive however.

this mcD is not so good when u compare to other ones in metro cities and also when u order a happy meal dont u get fries with it 🤔 i rembr getting it in other mcD but am i wrong??? correct me or did they change the rules i dnt know i was always after happy meal but here its a no no but overall its okay cuz its still the mc donalds which everyones loves and menu is still intact

Menu is similar like other outlets.. First outlet in pondicherry.. A small & nice sitting arrangements.. caramel ice cream is good.. but sweet is more comparatively others.. Nice place for hangout with friends.. The place is crowded almost all d time.. Service is fast..

Though menu is similar to all outlets, wraps and other small bites wasn’t appetising the way it should be. But the big mac is always a treat. McD ice tea and softies will be the best.

Like any other McD outlet. Staff suggestive. Located in providence mall. Well lit and we'll kept. They keep coming up with some of the other offers. Definitely a chill place.

Mcdonalds is generally my favorite fast food joint however this was a let down. The delivery guys dropped a drink as they were handing it to me, which honestly was a mistake that could happen to anyone and I didn’t really mind. However, in the time it took for them to replace it, my McFlurry melted and I pretty much had to drink it. Not just that, the drink (I didn’t have an option, it was Pepsi) tasted really weird, so I didn’t drink it. The burger itself was pretty okay though.
