Eating at Wildfish Bistro is an exciting experience. It has a beautiful outdoor dining area by the sea. The chef showed us the fresh catch of the day. He explained where the fish and other seafood came from. He explained how they follow sustainable fishing methods and only buy from small local fishermen. The food was excellent. You must try their lobster soup, pasta with shellfish. their meen ginger curry and crab curry with kal dosa is divine. And the chorizo bacon rice is a must have.

The restaurant is part of the Promenade hotel and located, as the name suggests, right on the promenade next to the beach. The ambience is very relaxing and we were catered to very well by Ms Priya. We had red snapper cooked in two different styles and both were very tasty. We had a lovely time at dinner and highly recommend this place. Great for seafood lovers!!

Truly an amazing experience.the ambience is just refreshing and awesome, next to the beach.Coming to the food,Charan and Chef Subash did an amazing job in curating the perfect menu for our anniversary dinner.Fantastic job guys,Thank you for such a lovely experience.

We had a wonderful experience at The Promenade Hotel, Pondicherry 🌊✨ Celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Wildfish Bistro and the team made it truly memorable 🎂💖 The food was delicious, ambience was lovely, thank to Devid & lawbui for great service

We loved the ambience and the delicious food served. Service by Mr.Abdul and Priya is wonderful. Had a really great time. Very courteous and polite staff.

The red sauce pasta was under cooked. but worst is the behaviour of the staff. Once they have foreign customers around, they pleasantly start ignoring Indian customers. We had to call out more than thrice and louder every time to grab their attention. We were even made to wait for water. I could still sense the flavour of colonial rule in this space. special mention for this behaviour - Rajesh

The restaurant has terrible service. The food and drinks were not good either. Lamb and prawns both were under cooked and chewy. Cocktails were very diluted. We were almost finished with our food when the drinks finally arrived.

Very unprofessional staff. Didn’t pay attention to customers who were waiting for the table. Would not recommend a visit here
