Worst service I've ever seen. It is located near the Anna Statue in Pudukkottai. You have to repeatedly ask for even basic things like extra rice, and they still don't respond. If there is any issue with the food and you show them proof, they simply don't care. This is the worst hotel in Pudukkottai. Even small, local hotels provide much better service than this. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
