I visited casually to have a beer with no expectations. Turns out this place has an ambience that makes you drink even if you are not in the mood. In scorching sunny days i would recommend this place to be the go to place to have a drink. Top highlights: 1. Ambience: air conditioner set to perfect temperature making us feel like we having a drink in the jungle which matches perfectly with the greenery. 2. Mix veggie pickle: if you visiting here, please do not miss to try their pickle which is nothing I’ve tasted before. Kudos to that 3. Their chicken pepper starter: must try this if you like spicy food. Perfect match with their draught beer. Suggestions: Although we had a great time, we felt the chicken tikka had some fishy flavour and smell.

The ambiance was excellent, very warm and elegant. loved the food, the seekh kebab was tender, juicy and charred perfectly. was served by Tapas Sir, and he was very welcoming and joyful, had a great time dining here. the prawn curry was rich, and I will definitely come back for the malai kulfi

I have been to this place and the most wonderful thing was that the captain Krishna gave us the best service till date. He was a wonderful person and I would always want him to serve us whenever we visit again.

We were served by Captain Shubham Shukla. It was the best experience I had at a bar in Pune. Amazing ambience.

Loved the service. Drinks were exactly the way they were supposed to be. For people who come from Delhi, & prefer a good drink, I will recommend this place, because that is sometimes very difficult to find in Pune.

Live music on Wednesdays & DJ belting out numbers which appeal to 40+ crowd for sure. Good Food Great Cocktails and courteous service. The only flipside is the Stool based seats sans comy backrests.

visited 1000 Oaks after maybe 10 years. Happy to see the same vibe, warm service. Enjoyed my evening with friends there.

I deeply regret visiting thousand Oaks with my family today. I had a terrible experience with the taste of the food that was served to us, plus very very slow service, and a high degree of mismatch between the price of food and the taste and service offered. Surprisingly, when we asked to divide the soup into two portions, they refused Which is a standard practice across all restaurants. We ordered a dish named Nanzo, which was baked like a pizza over a Naan, tasted pathetic, and was served cold. Alert-the time it takes to deliver your food onto the table can even take at least 30 mins or more. We got our dishes on an average after 30 to 40 minutes. It is pointless to visit such a restaurant where you are not offered value for your money. Broccoli, so tasted so disgusting that we could not even finish it and and wraps were served without any sauce, accompanying it. The taste was very poor. Biriyani had no flavour in it.

I had a really disappointing experience at 1000 Oaks. I handed my car over to their valet service, trusting that they would park it properly. Instead, they parked it in a no-parking zone, and I ended up getting a traffic challan in my name. When I brought this up with the owner, I was shocked by his response. Instead of taking responsibility, he was rude, dismissive, and full of arrogance. He actually blamed me for using their valet service and told me it was my problem—even though the car was in their possession! He flat-out refused to refund the fine and had no concern for the inconvenience caused. So, if you’re thinking of visiting 1000 Oaks for a good time with friends or family, just know that you might end up with a traffic fine and terrible customer service as a bonus. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Horrible Service. It used to be the best place in pune but gradually became a nightmare due to the staff and service. The seats were fully empty yet the staff didn’t let us sit anywhere for 45 mins by tellings us ‘there is a future booking’. I used to love this place but the staff is changing that for me.
