The place and food was good overall, but the staff needs to be more attentive and responsive to customers. Better service would improve the overall experience.

a dedicated smoking zone would be convenient as there are smokers across the tables which is not just inconvenient but unhealthy as well.

Rates are different, you can’t use happy hours offer if you booked through District app. Otherwise good

first things first :The prices on the actual menu are different from the one they have put on zomato and it is quite misleading. secondly, the service needs to improve. we weren't even offered water which is a basic courtesy in the hospitality industry. you can see servers crowding around a single table whereas we had to call for them repeatedly to attend to us. thirdly if you order from happy hours menu the zomato or in house discounts is not applicable even on the food which i found to be without any logic. coming to food it was below average. we had ordered garlic butter prawns (below average), roasted chilly chicken( they mentioned it would be roasted but they served the normal fried ones), tandoori bbq wings (average). the drinks were average.

Very disappointing experience at 3 Idiots Bar. My friend was not drunk at all—she was genuinely unwell and suddenly vomited due to health issues. Instead of showing basic human understanding, the staff charged ₹500 for vomiting, which felt extremely insensitive and unfair. There was no concern for her health, only a rush to collect money. Accidents can happen, especially when someone is sick, and this kind of treatment reflects very poorly on the management and customer service. Would not recommend this place if you expect empathy or basic hospitality.

The food was okay and the table was unhygienic, with a bad smell. Moreover, men are not allowed on the floor unless accompanied by a woman, which is extremely unfair and disappointing. I honestly don’t understand this kind of mentality.

A little courtesy from waiters expected. I had to pay for water bottle which I didn't use. I was told the bill is so so final that it can not be amended in case. I wonder had I ordered another items what would he had done.

The manager and staff behave as though you are being given a favour here by giving us service. Do not visit this place even if it is the only place available for dance or party
