Absolutely loved the experience! The ambience is beautiful and creates a very warm, welcoming vibe. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every dish we tried was delicious and well-presented. Overall, a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

I was here for my first marriage anniversary. The outdoor seating is wonderful. The non-veg appetiser platter was wonderful. The tamarind mutton was our least favourite. The biryani was great. We were served by Mr Chetan and he was wonderful, polite and quick.

This place is magical, specially outdoors. If you arrive early you can get better seats overlooking the Yerwada flyover and the city. Only cocktails and starters are allowed in the rooftop. No outside cake is allowed, but they accepted my req

I'm impressed with Asamana's service and the respect their staff shows customers. They provide helpful suggestions and good service, and the ambiance is also very nice. Well done, Asamana and Ritz-Carlton

The staff is really courteous. We had some doubts about our dish and they addressed to it. Chef came specially to address it. Though the only downside was the wait time for each dish. If it was mentioned it’ll take so long for every dish we would have ordered all together. None the less, Great service- Team Aasmana!

Amazing rooftop ambience with great views and vibes — the rooftop outdoor setup is superb. However, the service needs improvement, and the food quality did not justify the pricing. The butter naans were rubbery and could have been much better. Overall, an average experience. Ambience gets full marks, but food and service need noticeable improvement.

Very dissatisfied with the food taste. Disappointing experience. The non veg starters had almost no taste. The veg starters were ok. Cocktails were also ok. The mains were again disappointing. The ambiance is good. Overall the food needs improvement.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype ★☆☆☆☆ I had high expectations for Asmana at The Ritz-Carlton, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I anticipated. I booked a table for two on Tuesday between 7:30 – 8:00 PM, but was informed that the slot was unavailable, so I agreed to a 10:00 PM reservation. Due to traffic, we arrived at 10:25 PM, only to find that there were no proper couple seating arrangements. Instead, we were given a lower-side table, which was not comfortable for a formal or intimate dining experience. Service was another disappointment. As soon as we arrived, the server rushed us for our final order within minutes, leaving no time to settle in. After placing the order, we were suddenly asked to move inside, which completely disrupted the dining experience. For a place that charges three times more than other fine-dining restaurants, the service should be exceptional, but it was far from it. If you’re looking for a place to have an important meeting or a special date, Asmana is NOT the right choice. A truly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it for couples or anyone expecting premium hospitality.

Yesterday I went to ritz carlton with family - very disappointing experience it was ..it is such a big name but service which I got was very poor nothing like 5star hotel -no one was there to guide way to praking infact while we were searching we were directed to exit - no one on entrance to show direction for entry - there was some wedding yesterday at ritz Carlton all there staff was busy with that no attentiveness or service for customers and it was 5star hotel I wonder….. anyways later in asmana also no one to serve starter and it was said customer serve themselves but it was difficult for my parents to get it themselves - I guess wedding was vip hence we were not treated like the quality of 5star hotel as we were not vip’s anyways i must say JW actually have 5star service would never prefer ritz again -by the way will also add last time when I visited experience with ritz was awesome hence I came with my parents this time but this time 👎… rest food taste was good thanks for taste n cake n even u have good ambience

The food quality is gone down. The only best thing we had is the pallet changer which was free. Lamb Biryani was worst they could serve. Very bad experience, not worth the money.
