Very disappointed with both the food and the service. The starters (paneer, mushroom, and chaap) were completely lacking in flavor and proper marination, and our chaat arrived missing the chutney. Service was equally poor, requiring us to constantly follow up on our requests. Would not recommend.

Had one of the worst experiences at Absolute BBQ, Seasons Mall Pune. The chicken served was clearly spoiled — the smell and taste were enough to make us feel like vomiting. God knows for how long they’ve been storing and serving that meat. We complained about it, but the staff completely ignored us like it was nothing serious. And the attitude of the staff? Absolutely pathetic. They behaved as if we were eating for free at a langar. For every small thing, we had to call them 4–5 times, and every single time they came with irritation on their faces. Zero professionalism, zero hospitality. Also, don’t trust all the fake positive reviews. We are from Bangalore and have visited Absolute BBQ there many times — the experience there is completely different. But the Pune Seasons Mall branch is a total disaster. Bad food, rude staff, careless management, and no respect for customers. If you value your mood, money, and stomach, stay away from this place.

No tissues on the table. no finger bowl. no wash basin. how is one supposed to clean hands ? extremely slow and pathetic service! starters arrived after eating main course. tandoori roti arrived after food was over. quality of paneer was simply horrible it was rubbery and chewy. jalebi was a complete showdown too. not at all worth the hype. out of so many varieties in starters and main course hardly 2 or 3 items were good. rest, all of the food was below average
