the service is very slow. you have to keep asking for the grill to be refilled. we had to remind them 3-4 times for every instance. exotic meat not available but its mentioned as available in the menu. I asked the manager and 2 different servers till the end and they were directing me to the live counter. te live counter guy said not available. serving plates are not clean at the main course counters. multiple people complained about the dirty plates. dessert items not tagged. complete chaos at the Seasons mall outlet of AB. will not want to visit again.

Had one of the worst experiences at Absolute BBQ, Seasons Mall Pune. The chicken served was clearly spoiled — the smell and taste were enough to make us feel like vomiting. God knows for how long they’ve been storing and serving that meat. We complained about it, but the staff completely ignored us like it was nothing serious. And the attitude of the staff? Absolutely pathetic. They behaved as if we were eating for free at a langar. For every small thing, we had to call them 4–5 times, and every single time they came with irritation on their faces. Zero professionalism, zero hospitality. Also, don’t trust all the fake positive reviews. We are from Bangalore and have visited Absolute BBQ there many times — the experience there is completely different. But the Pune Seasons Mall branch is a total disaster. Bad food, rude staff, careless management, and no respect for customers. If you value your mood, money, and stomach, stay away from this place.

Extremely disappointing experience at Absolute Barbeque today. The starters were very limited and honestly not worth it. The beetroot tikki and soya chaap were stale and poorly cooked—completely unacceptable for a place that markets itself as premium. The main course didn’t make things any better. The food was served cold, which just shows a lack of basic quality control. What made the experience worse was the service. It was slow, inattentive, and clearly not up to the mark. We had to repeatedly ask for assistance, which defeats the whole dining experience. To top it all off, a service charge was added(snapshot attached)to the bill without any prior information or consent. That’s highly unprofessional and not appreciated. Overall, a very poor experience. Definitely not worth the money and won’t be visiting again.

Not good Service, I booked table from Zomato dining but when we reached for on time many people in queue on reception but no one is there manage the booking. Apart from this we entered in the restaurant then every time we have to ask for food and services. Extremely bad experience I have faced here. Everyone is waiting for the food but don’t know manager or management doing there.

Worst experience!!! Food 3/5 feels like frozen food. Semi-cooked fish. Service 1/5 Waited almost 5-15 mins for every order requested. Cleanliness 0/5 All dishes and spoons were dirty. Half of the menu was not available. As they are making the ad of Wish grill but it looks like they have not turned on their grill for the last few months . Very disappointing !!
