1. They confirmed reservation and then called me to tell me they are cancelling. 2. I still went again. The lady at the reception told us she could give us a table inside but had a reservation and we only had finite time (about an hour). When complained, sarcastically said to us that 1.5 hours is enough. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday. Once we told her this, she waived off the 1.5 hours limit on the table. Odds of them landing an upgrade on her in case they wish to replace her are much higher than getting a replacement that is a downgrade. 3. Menu is average at best. Preparation too is average at best. I liked the ambience and I feel the place is decent. Staff are hardworking and polite but lacks professionalism expected from a 4+ restaurant. Definitely not a restaurant that deserves a 4+ rating.

I haven’t had such a bad experience at a restaurant EVER! Food was terrible, the chicken appetiser was dry and tasteless. The pad thai noodles had SO MUCH sauce, I couldn’t taste anything beyond the it, barely had four bites. The staff completely forgot to place the salad order, but told us we never asked for it. We ordered a pizza but they got us the bill instead, and charged us for the pizza. When I brought this up the staff told us the oven isn’t working. Waste of time and money, and I am still hungry.
