Had one of my best dining experiences of Pune here. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Absolutely delicious food! We had the butter garlic prawns, soya chaap and chiken tikka for appetizers and Spaghetti alio e olio pasta and primavera pizza for main course. Everything was top-notch! Service was really fast! And on top of that the live music made our birthday celebration simply amazing ! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to Bhola and Menuka for their great service! Surely a must-visit for family and friends!

Had a wonderful experience at Acai! The food was delicious, the ambience was amazing, and the overall vibe was great. A special mention to Mohini and Harendra for their excellent service. They were extremely polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. They made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Mohini and Harendra, for the warm hospitality and excellent service. Definitely recommended, and we would love to visit again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food was just average, but the buffet arrangements ruined the experience. There were no plates or bowls, and serving spoons were missing for main items. Tongs were not provided for naan/roti. The entire setup felt unorganized. For the price , we expect better quality and variety. Hope the management looks into these basic things.

Extremely expensive. All other things were good, but the rates for beverages and food items are on another level. No amount of discount or any coupon shall help you avoid a massive bill. The DJ was really good, but again, the price for experiencing good ambiance, which costs someone's salary, cannot be justified.
