Food and ambience was good. Restaurant offer was bad. It costed me more. Also service charge was asked unnecessarily. I should have used by District flat 50% offer. This reflects poor ethics by restaurant

Average food . Pathetic service. Don't go here unless you have 40-50% off coupons. All items are jacked up by atleast 30% in general. I got a bill for 4.3K which after coupons came down to 2.7K. Even that I felt was too much for the place.

Safety hazard overshadowed our nostalgia - Metal wire in food We returned to Agent Jack’s at Amanora after nearly 8 years to relive some old memories, but the experience was deeply concerning. While eating the Butter Chicken, my 6-year-old son discovered a **2-3 inch steel wire** (likely from a kitchen scrubber) hidden inside the gravy. **The only reason this didn't turn into a medical emergency is that my son fortunately caught the wire himself before swallowing it.** As a parent, it is terrifying to think what would have happened if he hadn't. When we raised this, the staff offered to comp the food but insisted we still pay for our drinks. As a responsible citizen, I would have been more than happy to pay the full bill under any other circumstance, but being asked to pay anything after such a life-threatening safety lapse felt incredibly tone-deaf and dismissive. A safety violation of this magnitude isn't solved by a partial discount; it requires a serious look at kitchen hygiene protocols. We are deeply disappointed that a place we once loved has let its standards fall this dangerously low.

Nowhere was it clearly mentioned on Zomato that boys-only groups aren’t allowed. I booked for 12, invited friends, and was denied entry unless girls joined us. Misleading, disrespectful, and humiliating. Had they been upfront about this pathetic policy, I’d never have booked this place.

food was stinking, no one was taking care of the order, music was so so loud that waiter couldn't listen what we were saying. they charged 450 rs for a diet coke 🤣
