Good food , Good vibe , The place has Good seating with mild Ambience lights. The DJ was good on Wednesday night and there was a lot of crowd also. Good to goo place.

We were denied entry for wearing shorts and slippers on a summer evening. We are Fine if there is a dress code, customers can follow it. But maybe a place claiming to maintain “standards” should first have the basic sense to display those rules clearly somewhere visible instead of conveniently informing people only after they arrive. The real issue, however, was the absolutely pathetic behavior of the staff member at the entry. She was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily arrogant from the start. In the middle of the conversation, she literally walked away while we were still speaking something even basic customer service training teaches people NOT to do. When questioned about her behavior, instead of apologizing or handling the situation professionally, she started arguing and said, “You are nobody to tell me how to behave.” Honestly, if this is how your staff behaves with customers, then the problem is not the dress code it’s the mentality and management of the place itself. Also, if shorts and slippers are supposedly against policy, then apply the same rules consistently across every branch instead of selectively enforcing them based on convenience or mood. Different rules at different locations just make the entire system look poorly managed and hypocritical. And honestly, I don’t understand why you call yourselves “premium” when truly premium places like 24K Kraft Brewery same in the pavilion didn’t create unnecessary drama or disrespect customers over something like this. Real premium hospitality is reflected in class, professionalism, and how customers are treated not in rude staff with superiority complexes standing at the entrance. Agent Jack’s SB Road seriously needs to train its staff on basic manners, professionalism, and respectful communication. Completely pathetic experience. Horrible attitude, zero class, and absolutely no respect for customers. People should seriously reconsider supporting places that treat customers this badly. Boycott Agent Jack’s.

They are misleading customers with pricing. The menu shows both the original and discounted prices, but they billed us at the original price, which makes the food overpriced. Customers visit expecting the Zomato District offer, but it is not honored properly. in review they replied to make transparency but actually they are not.Never go there...they are looting.
