Visited Akasa Wakad recently and had a really good experience overall. The ambiance is beautiful, perfect for birthdays or special occasions, with a rooftop vibe that feels premium yet comfortable. A special mention to Dina Biswas and Sabita - both were extremely polite, attentive, and made sure everything was well managed. Their service truly added to the experience. The food quality was good, presentation was nice, and the overall setup is perfect for celebrations with friends or loved ones. Decorations and arrangements also looked well planned. Overall, a great place in Wakad for celebrations. Would definitely recommend for birthdays and special moments!

I had a great experience with Akasha which make my day special ....!!! We recently celebrated a special occasion here, and it was unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the impeccable service made us feel incredibly welcome and well-taken care of. The food was outstanding-every dish was packed with incredible flavor and perfect taste. On top of that, the stunning aesthetic view provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration and made for some amazing photos. If you are looking for the perfect blend of great food, top-tier service, and a beautiful atmosphere to celebrate an occasion, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back 💖💖

Very Disappointing Experience! My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor, and the waiters took too long to serve our orders. The food quality was terrible, especially the mutton, which did not even taste like mutton and had a very unpleasant taste. Despite having a booking, we were repeatedly shifted from one table to another, which was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. The staff did not make us feel welcomed or respected at all. The prices were quite high, but the food quality and service were absolutely not worth the money. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant unless they seriously improve their food quality, service, and customer treatment.

The hotel and ambience were good, but our experience with the Zomato booking was very disappointing. As soon as they realized we had come through Zomato, their behaviour changed completely, as if they didn't need the booking. They kept telling us not to sit here, sit there, and made us change our table 3 times. We noticed other guests were allowed to sit anywhere, but they were specifically creating a scene with people who came via Zomato booking. This is not expected from such a place. They really need to improve their hospitality.

Service: I had opted for 30% off with 2 alcoholic complimentary drinks via Zomato. But they denied to serve it and offered only one non alcoholic drink.
