Al Hifazat is one of the most VFM place in that locality. No doubt why it's always crowded. They have almost all the items that is available for the day displayed on the table. So if one wants to see how their food and quantity looks like can take a look and decide for themselves which one to opt for. I took away Full Chicken Tandoori and Chicken Shawarma. It's the steal deal if one wants to have Chicken Tandoori. They give Full Chicken Tandoori at ₹250/- and the taste is also fabulous. Chicken Shawarma also delicious and the Mayo literally oozes out on each bite. Taste of sauces was perfect and the Shawarma perfectly tickles your taste buds. It's highly recommended place if one is looking for pocket friendly place for non veg food. Though the number of items on their menu was less however the taste is really worth.

One of the best places to have chicken. Though veg biryani is okay, but chicken biryani is awesome. It's a small place on the road. It's very crowded almost all the times. It's a much visit place if you are a non-vegitarian. Mostly take away the parcel, as it's a small place.

Went here in the the last two days of Ramzaan post seeing a reel on instagram. Must tell you guys all that glitters is not gold. What I had:- 1- Haleem ( Ramzaan Stall ) 2- Mutton Seekh Kebabs 3- Chicken Shawarma Let me tell you my original intention here was to try their Ramzaan special menu but due to treatment given by the staff had to switch over to Kebabs n Shawarma at the other side of the road at Al-Hifazat. Haleem - Haleem is a type of stew that is widely consumed in South Asia, the Middle East and Central Asia. It includes wheat or barley, meat and lentils. I have had Haleem in the past too and boy I was very much disappointed with the Haleem I had here. The meat is supposed to be blended with all the condiments that's used to make Haleem but here it was like all condiments put together and mashed except for the meat which was shredded and mixed. Ramzaan Special Silver Package ( Wanted to try this ) I seriously wanted to try this as generally you don't get things available throughout the year which is generally available during this time. So. ordered the same but was informed that one of the item from the package is over so I said replace it with something else. They were ready to replace it but with same thing from the silver package instead of 1 thhey were ready to given me 2 of the any of the Item from the package. Which I declined stating y should I have the have thing again due to something's non-availability. For which the staff was adamant in giving and said if you want something else you need to pay extra which was not ok with me. Mutton Seekh Kebabs - Paid 150 for two pieces of Mutton Kebabs that came in Paavs a thing very common in Pune it's very hard to find Kebabs with Roomali Roti in Pune. Paav was soft and the Kebabs were juicy but the only drawback they were tad too salty for me. Chicken Shawarma - Shawarma is not an Indian dish but we Indian's are trying to Indianise it as much possible so much that one doesn't really Shawarma at most of the places in India. Here it was no different too except for the process of chicken roasting. Use of cabbage, mayonnaise and sauce to make the chicken juicy and nothing else. Very few places in Pune are there that are still there serving the almost exact replicas like Kibbeh, Marrakesh. One thing I can say about this place is that it's not expensive on the pocket but not so great too taste wise have been to better places in the same amount. Billing for one person 350. Overall Score Food : 2/5 Ambience : 3/5 Service : 2/5 Value for Money : 3/5

Amazing And Cheap Chicken with good quality is served here.. They serve different kinds of dishes and they are all good ..so head over asap to try the best chicken in town😍💯

We had ordered 3 biryani n 2 lolipop plate, dum biryani was good but we only got 1 plate lolypops.. We didn't received the 2nd plate n no one is picking the phone

Disappointing Experience at Al Hifazat Kababs and Caterers I recently visited Al Hifazat Kababs and Caterers and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered Mutton Dalcha Rice and Veg Afghani Pulao Rice, but both dishes were below average. • The Mutton Dalcha Rice was served with cold rice, despite the dalcha being on the table not on delivery order. To make things worse, there was only one piece of mutton in the entire dish. • The Veg Afghani Pulao was even worse—sticky rice with just carrot cubes and cauliflower. The paneer was fried multiple times to the point that it had turned reddish-black, making it unappetizing. We had to ask three different servers for just a raita and a bottle of water, but no one bothered to bring it. Eventually, I had to get up myself and remind them about the order. The service was extremely poor and unresponsive. Overall, the food quality was poor, and the experience was disappointing. Even though I gave the place a chance, it did not meet expectations. Definitely not worth a visit.

This restaurant does not care for others safety they will care only for money. People who on counters they are so rude and ungrateful. I bought chicken shawarma from here and it was spoiled and smelly that I puked it after eating it. This is my 2nd time where I have received such kind of stale smelly spoiled food. Before this chicken leg tandoori was spoiled. Please cross check food people will fall sick because of unhygienic and stale food.

Very much arrogance and not ready to listen to the problem also that their staff did. No manners to talk to customer, giving mutton instead of chicken and not accepting. We were regular customers from many years still they don't understand how to deal and solve the issue. According to them they are correct and least bothered about customers.

The chicken in the briyani was giving a very bad foul smell like it was from 2 3 days ago and rice too was not good. So we removed the chicken pieces from the briyani and ate a bit of rice which was also not eatable. I hope this review will help someone before ordering.

Very disappointed with full plate mutton korma..it costed 240 rs but wat it had was just 4 pieces of bones with no traces of flesh. Wen I showed the same to the restaurant they added another piece of bone saying we have given an extra piece. Will never go again !!
