I have a horrible experience with Zomato which has cheating me.i ordered a salad meal from PAUSHTIK SWITCH pune and I got a wrong meal. I immediately contacted zomato and was offered a refund of paid amount which eventually never came. I was sent a restaurant promo code by zomato and asked to use the same in my next order with Paushtik Switch pune but horrible experience I had today when I used the restaurant promo code sent to me by Zomato and their own website said It's a Invalid promo code. zomato has cheated me Paushtik switch pune has delivered a wrong order and I was cheated by the restaurant as I had allready paid the bill online before delivery. beware guys zomato is fraudulent keeping our paid money and passing on Invalid refund promo codes..absurd and cheap business tactics by zomato and Paushtik Switch pune

siriuslyeeee it's my 1st time to order food on zomato that was pizza 🍕 but the service is tooooo muchhh lateee literally my order is done okay all set limit is 30 mints I wait 40 min and call him he said yes I am coming withing 10 min 1st of all he didn't pick call fastly and he literally waited me for 4 hours can you imagin after that I call him he said mam it's your 1st call you are taking to me very firstly literally bro ? and he is saying that your order is cancelled whattt theeeee disgusting do not order from zomato it's just time wasting app and after that I try to order something new food all food and drink is out of stalk wow nice

I am raising this issue regarding my recent order of 1 kg biryani from Thalaiva biryani which was a complete waste of money. The quantity delivered was clearly much less than 1 kg, which is misleading and unacceptable. I contacted the restaurant manager to address this issue, but instead of resolving it, I was told to check with Zomato and the call was abruptly disconnected. This shows extremely poor customer service and lack of responsibility from the restaurant. I request Zomato to investigate this issue and take appropriate action.

Very bad experience. I ordered Sankranti sweets through Zomato to send to my relatives. The sweet quality was not good and the packing was also poor. When I raised a complaint, both Zomato and the restaurant blamed each other and no one took responsibility. There was no proper response or refund support, even after multiple follow-ups. This kind of service is very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend ordering sweets for special occasions from here.
