Ambience 4/5 Food 5/5 Presentation 4/5 Service 5/5 We stayed at the Gateway Hotel for two nights and this was their in house restaurant. They serve delightful food and service here is also amazing. We had two breakfast, one lunch and one dinner here and all of them were good experiences. All credits to the restaurant supervisor and their staff. Keep up the good work guys

I had ordered 3different salads on 2 occasion, first of all they serve food like salad in plastic bag, which is pathetic. Should maintain some standards. Also delivery guy told me they kept him waiting for an hour or so, they intentionally made him wait there which cause delay in delivery. I would never ever ever ever order your restaurants left over food in polythene bags. Shame on you Amara!!

They really need to hire a new chef or teach their existing chef How To Cook. The food is tasteless and unhygienic. Most of the items in menu is unavailable, and they will give you some stupid reason for same. The chicken sandwich I ordered, had bones in it. The service is pathetic. The only reason they’re surviving is because they’re part of Hotel, damn.

Service charge+Parking charges if anyone is coming in your hotel then the Business centre should not charge any parking charge and another thing is 5% service charge is compulsory which is not good its ou choice whether we give or not
