Taste-wise biriyani is good, but quality needs to be improved. Chicken pieces should be of good quality. So if anyone expect good chicken pieces in Dum biriyani, then this place is not for them.

We went to this place to satisfy our craving for biryani for long time and because of its authenticity but grass is always greener on the other side. The place is quiet ok so we ordered their special paneer biryani and alasss !! For our surprise we got something extra with that was very long black hair !! Yucks . So we asked them very politely to change the replace the order and they did too with politeness. So our second batch of biryani arrived within no time annnnnnd for this time my husband got another hair thicker more blackish than before . And this time we just got pissed off and cancel the order after such a disappointment we ate something else and left . One more thing the staff didn’t even apologize for their mistake at all . They even dared to ask us to write our feedback regarding the experience. I was so angry I told them what should I write ,that we got two hair in our food ? and you don’t even apologize with such conduct and we left . So it’s was my review . I really apologize for such a big story rather than review but this really an honest review I have ever wittten . Plz don’t be judgemental with my experience. Hope they might improve their quality of service in future all the best !!!

Friends...Biryani our here is absolutely not worth. Being a Biryani lover, We order their Ancient Spl Chicken Biryani boneless and it is the most dry and flavourless Biryani I have ever had at Rs. 492/- The raita which came along was watery & chicken was coated in some batter and deep fried before adding to the Biryani. Ufffffff. Even the restaurant looked very unhygienic. Please spend your money better elsewhere but not here.

Today we tried to order from Ancient Hyderabad for a change and for the first time . Special veg Biryani ,which turns out to be aloo biryani and totally dry and oily. We made a mistake by trying to order briyani worth 300 bucks and not at all upto the mark. Will never recommend. I don't line giving negative review but this made me do it. we should have stick to our usual biryani place

Wait time was extremely high and the unattended service made the whole experience frustrating. Hygiene standards were poor, which was disappointing. To make things worse, the dessert served was stale and clearly not fresh. Overall, not a satisfying dining experience and definitely needs major improvement in service and food quality.

Total pathetic I found insect in biryani . Informed restaurant but their response was so careless. Food quality is also not that great. Please be careful while ordering from such restaurants as they do not stress on hygiene & quality.

Veg biryani had so much of karipatta. It did not taste like biryani at all ! It looked more like karipatta biryani. Pls have a look at your receipe
