Absolutely Terrible Service – Never Going Back I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at Anna Idli on FC Road. The service was beyond disappointing. The waiters were completely inattentive – we had to repeatedly ask just to get their attention, and even then, they kept making us wait for everything. It took them 45 minutes to get us a simple sandwich. Yes, 45 minutes for a sandwich – that’s not just slow, that’s outrageous. And just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, we had to wait another 20 minutes just to get the bill. On top of the horrible delay, the staff was rude and unapologetic throughout. No courtesy, no explanation – just plain indifference. It honestly felt like they didn’t care whether customers stayed or left. Definitely not going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time or basic respect.

Disappointing Food & Shockingly Rude Service Had a terrible experience at Anna Idli, FC Road. The food was below average and the service was even worse. Ordered a cheese dosa, and what we got was a dosa with barely any cheese – just a few bits thrown on top like an afterthought. When we politely pointed it out and asked if they could remake it properly, the waiter rudely told us “this is how it's made” and completely dismissed us. No apology, no willingness to listen, nothing. The staff seemed genuinely uninterested in customer service – rude, unresponsive, and clearly not bothered about making the dining experience decent. They wouldn't even listen when we tried to explain the issue. If you're expecting good food and basic respect as a customer, I’d strongly suggest skipping this place. Not worth the time or money.

Extremely disappointed with the uttapam here! The food was served cold and raw - utterly unacceptable. Waited 45 minutes for just one dosa, and it was a total letdown. Service quality has definitely gone downhill, and the food quality seems to be following suit. Not recommended

charging so much for simple South Indian food a service is slow and people are not even looking at customers request charging so much for extra chatni n sambhar even after high prices . that is free even at local street food. will not recommend
