This was hands down the most horrible and unprofessional café experience I’ve ever had. I booked a table via Zomato after specifically filtering for cafés with WiFi, and Aromas Café, Baner showed up in the results. However, when I reached and asked for the WiFi password, I was flatly denied. When I pointed out that WiFi was clearly listed under their facilities on Zomato, they didn’t apologize or clarify-instead, they casually said they would “remove it.” That level of misrepresentation is outright dishonest. Since I had office work, I requested a table with a charging point, which they provided. My booking was at 12:30 PM, and as per Zomato’s policy, the table is valid for several hours. Yet, around 3:30–4:00 PM, they pushed the bill to my table without me asking for it-no explanation, no courtesy, nothing. Just a subtle way of telling a customer to leave. Then came the peak of their arrogance. Around 5:00 PM, the manager approached me and said that using the charging point is “not allowed” and that I had been sitting for “too long.” When questioned, he bluntly stated that unless I keep ordering continuously, I cannot sit there-because I was “using their electricity” and “occupying a table.” This is the level of hospitality they offer-nickel-and-diming customers over basic amenities while having the audacity to mislead them in the first place. All of this after a bill of ₹889. Absolutely disgraceful, cheap, and shameless behavior. Avoid this place if you value even basic respect as a customer.

Took us multiple attempts to finally get here — and every cancelled plan was worth it. My wife and I visited Aromas Cafe and Bistro, and it absolutely delivered. The staff recommended the Jungli Chicken Sandwich — brilliant suggestion, it was delicious and filling. The French Vanilla was genuinely next level, one of the best we've had. Cappuccino was great too — smooth and well-made. Slightly on the expensive side, yes — but the quality, ambience, and service make it very much worth it. If you're a coffee lover in Pune, this one's a must. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Visited during the Mango Festival — overall a mixed experience. The Mango Chilli Guava drink was disappointing, tasted like packaged juice (Maaza + canned guava) and not fresh at all. Quantity was also too less for the price. Pizza (Supreme Veg) was the highlight — absolutely delicious. Fresh lime soda was good too. However, the much-recommended spicy onion rings didn’t impress. Good for pizza, but wouldn’t recommend the mango drinks.

Good food. Almond milk hot chocolate. Salmon and eggs on sourdough. Good coffee. Cool place inside and nice on the outside post sunset and during winters. Good service and music.
