We recently visited this venture and were amazed by the taste of food. We tried various dishes such s armas special biryani, chicken lollipop, kebab and much more. Not gonna lie, thier aromas special biryani was the best. Surprisingly, staff was also well mannered and service was also fast. We really had a great time with their decent ambiance. Overall had an awesome experience. 100% recommended.

# Bad Food 🙁😡🤮 # Quality Issues 🤔⚠️❓ # No change in attitude 🤔😒🙄 For over twelve years, I have been a loyal customer of Aroma's Hyderabad House, regularly enjoying their biryani, paneer, and vegetable starters. My order has remained consistent throughout this time, and I am well-acquainted with the owners and senior management. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the paneer and vegetable 65 starter I received during my visit yesterday. I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food. The images may illustrate that the food was not fresh and did not meet expectations. I understand that a change in the main chef has led to a decline in food service. Furthermore, the waitstaff appeared unhappy and I did not observe any senior management present. My stomach and throat are still bothering me. If they don't take any serious steps and improve the quality, I'm afraid this branch may shut down soon. 😔

The way they treated when we opted to pay from District, was terrible. We only consumed half of our food and asked to get the remaining food parcel, at first they said this is not allowed. I heard this kind of thing for the first time. Also when I asked to give 1 disposable spoon, they said for people who pay through District/Zomato they don't provide. Not a good experience at all. Taste of food was okay.

The biryani was very disappointing — the rice tasted more like plain boiled rice than proper biryani. The staff, though attentive, were quite rude, which spoiled the mood. The ambiance was suffocating and uncomfortable, making the whole experience unpleasant. Overall, I left disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place.

Too much spicy masala gravy on paneer and kaju biryani’s. Paneer is hard. Kaju biryani has small split kaju.. which is disappointing compared to Viman nagar aroma’s. Service is slow. You need to ask for onion/lemon/raita… else they don’t bring. Took a lot of time to get finger bowls too.
