Ambience-7/10 Hygiene-9/10 Food-8/10 Nice and polite staff. I ordered chicken Tikka pizza and chicken tandoori. Food is quite nice, just chicken was overburnt a little in tandoori.

I visited Tamanna Restaurant, Hinjewadi Phase 1 after almost 16 years, hoping to relive old memories. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service was poor and inattentive — we had to ask multiple times for even basic things. The quality of food and drinks did not justify the very high prices. What felt worse was the unwelcoming and indifferent attitude of the staff initially. Interestingly, once the bill crossed around ₹2,500, the behavior suddenly became polite and attentive, which felt quite hypocritical and uncomfortable. Hospitality should be consistent, not dependent on how much a customer spends. Sadly, the nostalgia I came for was completely lost due to the lack of genuine service, value, and warmth. This visit did not match the reputation I remembered.

Went there on Son's birthday. The staff was very uncooperative. Delayed service. No one came to take orders. When you visit a good place you pay for good service. I think even the high way dhabas serve better than this hotel. Only manager is taking order orders for all the tables. I frequently needed to way hands to call him. Asked him about menu he answered very rudely. No one came to refill the water. The rotis were served cold. They had arranged 3 parties on that day. Then why did you keep your restaurant open when you were under staff and kitchen was extremely busy. If you couldn't handle it you should have kept restaurant closed instead of giving us this kind of miserable service and spoiling our day. Pathetic.

Please avoid for buffet if you dont want to cut a sorry face in front of your important guests. Very very bad experience. Will avoid this place forever and will advise all from my company (the one bang opposite to this restaurant) to do so too.

This is a very good 3rd class hotel in the the world. I came here lots of time with my friend's. Couple of years ago I enjoy their service.but now.......,-1 thank you very much for your authentic food and service.

Most pathetic sandwiches i have ever had. Wish there was a zero star! The store should learn from a small sandwich vendor from road side how to be prepared. I am out of words.
