I recently visited your outlet and ordered spring rolls. Despite waiting for 30 minutes, I was given the wrong order when I went to collect it, even though the token system indicated that my order was ready. I was disappointed to find that the spring rolls had been given to another customer. Your staff promptly prepared a new order, which I appreciated. However, upon consuming the spring rolls, I found the filling to be ice cold, suggesting that it had been frozen rather than prepared fresh. I was dissatisfied with the overall experience and hope that you will take steps to address this issue.

The potato chilly potato was all soggy and was not fresh and it was only diped in almost no sauce no garnishing nothing on it. The momo given one was torn apart. Kimchi was also not fresh
