Atithi sent me the puri bhaji ka bhaji which is different from what they displayed in their menu. I think its high time to call out such restaurants and tag Tukaram Munde sir as they think customer money can be wasted… displaying plain aaloo matar ki sabji and sending oil floating matke ki sabji is not acceptable

Above Average Food. Main course was salty. The Chocolate syrup on Sizzling brownie was stale and wasn’t a proper chocolate one.

The most pathetic and worst service I have ever come across in my life. 1) Ordered Rava Sada Dosa - Sambhar was served chilled. 2) Ordered Pav Bhaji - wait for Pav for ages 3) Told to bring falooda without ice cream - still the ice cream is there 4) was forced to sit in the A/c section but the waiter comes and shuts off the A/c 5) The best wait for 20 minutes for Finger Bowl and the fun part is there is no one ready to take responsibility. Mr. Praveen Shetty please teach your staff some basic etiquette on how to behave with the customers. #BullShitService

It was my birthday lunch, and my family had come from far away just to celebrate with me. We were simply hoping for good food and a memorable experience, but it turned out to be extremely disappointing. Our food was delayed for a long time, and the staff’s rude behavior only made things worse. To top it off, the final bill included items that we never ordered, causing unnecessary confusion and frustration. What should have been a special celebration with my family was completely spoiled by poor service and mismanagement. We truly expected much better.

Completed disappointed and worst experience. It seems they don’t care. Waited 1 hour when tables were empty then the waiter took 15 minutes to take a simple order and 15th minutes to deliver one soup and rest order didn’t even deliver. The manager and the waiter were chit chatting but didn’t bother to deliver the order and was the worst service of all times. Please don’t visit the place at all.

They were not ready to give any table being booked in advance. No body is ready there to attend. No one is interested to attend the customers bad service. M not sure why zomato give services to this kind of Resturant. I did it eat there my cover charges is been wasted
