This restaurant is the best example for Don’t Judge the Book by its cover! If you see this from the famous Tilak Road, it will be like some old restaurant which is counting its days. Not pleasing to visit at all. But once you visit this, you will understand its true value. Loved the Antique Ambiance. Each will have a separate dining table. Its like having in your old ancestral home. Service was also great. They are providing number of dishes that would come for 110/- so cant complaint. Lovely homely food. A MUST VISIT. I regret that I delayed my visit after seeing just from outside. But, Better late than Never! Isn’t it?!

KEEP THIS IN MIND GUYS!! BADSHAHI BOARDING HOUSE IS THE MAIN BADSHAHI OF TILAK ROAD, PUNE. They have no branches!!! NRH Badshahi has no connection with BADSHAHI BOARDING HOUSE. So foodies, if you want to have authentic maharashtrian thali... BADSHAHI BOARDING HOUSE IT IS and not NRH BADSHAHI!! BE AWARE !! IF ITS AUTHENTIC MAHARASHTRIAN, ITS BADSHAHI BOARDING HOUSE, TILAK ROAD,PUNE.

This place is at heart of pune- Sadashiv peth.it is not attractive from outside but once you get in you will amaze with antic ambience. quick service..homely food...good quality and quantity of food...

One of the best thali in Pune. Very old and simple ambience. It's like sitting in a wada and having a tasty puneri food. Each and every food item in thali is tasty and freshly prepared. Centrally located on a busy tilak road. Parking is a problem. Recommend to go by rickshaw, cab or public transport.

Very old joint with a ok types ambience but still serves one of the best thali only if you like thalis with those typical tastes.

Ordered potato toast..it was so oily but taste was super nice..it was perfect with sweet dahi..price 50 vfm..do try

Nice Thali, Modak and aamras very tasty. Politely. staff. Nice service. Pocket friendly. Also dal very tasty.

I never order my food from this hotel in future. Totally disappointed from food quality & menus. So my suggestion is that choose another hotel for thali. Wastage of money. Only food quantity is more but no quality. Taste less food.

dont go...for it.....worst food...n service also not good....chapatis are very poor in taste.... people working there are rude...
