This café in Pune is honestly one of the absolute best places I’ve ever visited. The vibe is unmatched — the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or just enjoy some peaceful time with amazing food and drinks. Their coffee is exceptional, and the matcha is easily one of the best I’ve had. Every sip feels premium and perfectly made. What truly makes this place stand out is the staff — incredibly sweet, warm, welcoming, and always smiling. They go above and beyond to make sure every guest has a great experience. The service is unbelievably fast, with food and beverages arriving within minutes without compromising on quality at all. Everything is fresh, delicious, and beautifully served. I can genuinely say I’ve never had a better café experience. If you’re in Pune, this place is a must-visit. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

One of the best cafes in Pune! Absolutely loved the vibes and the staff were very good and helpful. We ordered an Avocado sandwich, mushroom sandwich, Matcha and sweet potato. Tired matcha for the very first and I was in love with it. Glad it was at bai mu ban! The sandwiches were amazing. I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes so i did not enjoy that but my friends loved it. Surely a must visit when in Pune.

Bai Mu Dan in Koregaon Park is a small, quiet café located in a green, peaceful lane. The seating is low and limited, which can feel a bit tight when it gets busy. Parking is easy. I tried the truffle nachos, pesto pasta, boba tea, espresso, and banana walnut dates dessert. The nachos were the best—crispy and full of flavour. The pasta was simple and fresh. The boba tea was okay, not too sweet. I didn’t like the espresso much, and the dessert had a strong date taste which I didn’t enjoy. The main reason to visit is the calm atmosphere and greenery around. It’s a nice place to relax or meet friends, but I wouldn’t go just for the food.

I visited Bai Mu Dan Cafe in Pune last weekend on a friend’s recommendation, largely due to its growing popularity on social media. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the hype. Ambience: The café's ambience is quite underwhelming. The space felt congested and poorly ventilated, with barely any room between tables, making the environment feel cramped and uncomfortable. There was nothing particularly aesthetic or unique about the decor that stood out. Food: The food was disappointing, to say the least. I had ordered the Avocado & Mushroom Toast, but was served a plain Avocado Toast instead. There was no effort in presentation or flavor — just chunks of avocado placed on a slice of bread, completely lacking seasoning or taste. I genuinely believe I could’ve prepared a better version at home. We also tried the Vietnamese Coffee, which tasted fine but was served in a very small quantity — barely a few sips — and filled with excessive ice, which felt like an unnecessary cost-cutting measure. Pricing: The café is overpriced for the quality and quantity it offers. Paying ₹500 for a single slice of avocado toast and ₹350 for two small iced coffees felt unjustified, especially when paired with the mediocre ambience and service. Vibe: The café seems to be popular mostly among Gen Z crowds, many of whom appeared to be there more for aesthetic photos than for the food. While that may appeal to some, for someone who enjoys a good, satisfying meal, it falls short. Service: Service was another major letdown. The staff was inattentive and came across as unprofessional. Our order was taken incorrectly, and instead of addressing it politely, the waiter seemed more interested in correcting our pronunciation than ensuring a pleasant dining experience. While I appreciate helpfulness, the tone and manner in which it was done felt intrusive and inappropriate. Final Verdict: I personally wouldn’t recommend Bai Mu Dan Cafe. If you're truly looking to enjoy good food, warm service, and a comfortable setting, there are far better options to explore — especially in areas like Koregaon Park, which are known for great cafés.

Always been great when we have eaten there HOWEVER delivery experiences have been terrible. I had placed an order for lunch, a pretty large order. They cancelled it after 1 hour and when I called them they were really rude. Apparently one item from my order wasn’t available. Firstly - cancelling after a whole hour is ridiculous, I could have ordered from somewhere else in the meantime. Then at least call the customer and ask if they can replace the item or proceed with the order without the said item. On another occasion I’ve ordered nachos with guac - comes with no guac and again no call no question. Not a good experience.

This cafe’s food gave me and my friends upset stomach. Order veggie sandwich along with pesto pasta. The food felt heavy while having it. The food isnt well prepped and they must be serving leftovers, or something is not fine hygiene wise . I swear , we never had this bad experience in any other restaurant ever! God knows! What goes inside their pantry and how are they maintain food standards !
