It was honestly such a fantastic experience! The entire vibe of the place is lively, vibrant, and perfect for a great night out. From the music to the ambience, everything just comes together beautifully to create an energetic yet comfortable atmosphere. The drinks were excellent, and a special shoutout to Rutika, who is a bartender there she absolutely elevates the experience with her amazing skills and warm, friendly personality. You can tell she really knows her craft, and her recommendations were spot on! The staff overall is welcoming and attentive, making sure you feel taken care of throughout. Whether you’re going with friends or just looking to unwind and dance, this place hits all the right notes.

Had such a great time at Bailamos! The vibe is super lively and perfect for a fun night out. Rutika absolutely killed it behind the bar her drinks were on point and she really knows how to take care of her guests. You can tell she puts effort into every cocktail she makes. Definitely coming back for the amazing service and energy! 🍸✨

ambrience is quiet good.. good lighting.. exceleng DJ .... after all good for dinner and we enjoyed a lot with our friends... we do often party here . Bijay and Mallik is our captains who take our orders and good behaviour, frirndly with us and with my collegoues.

My first night in Pune was ruined by a pathetic experience at Bailamos. The space is poorly managed with a cramped dance floor, but the service is the real issue. There is blatant discrimination—if you are a couple or with ladies, you get attention; if you are stags, you are invisible. ​We had to walk to the bar ourselves just to get a drink because the waiters ignored us, appearing only when it was time to bring the card machine for the bill. To top it off, as it got crowded, security kicked us out, falsely accusing us of 'misbehaving' with the bartender when all we did was ask for our drinks. I’ve visited pubs across the country and abroad, but I’ve never seen such a lack of respect for customers. Avoid this place if you value your self-respect.

Ordered three jagers, bill counter guy took 2000 on machine and then asked me to pay the difference on his QR. I objected but he wasn't giving me the drinks so just paid and left. Manager was unavailable, also he didn't deduct the 400 cover coupons I gave him telling me it's 50, I realised this when I saw the price of one shot.
