Bailey's The Cake Shop Wow. Just Wow. Few days back I had there to have some pastries with my colleagues. Coincidencely they are giving free pastries and their excellent chief teaching how to make Best Cake. I am always ready to learn something new and different . The public was very excited to learn. As This cake shop already completed 13 yrs successfully. We had here to have some pastries but fortunately we had more 👇 1.Chicken Pattice 2. Berry Berry & Pineapple Cake 3.Red Velvet Cupcakes 4.Choco Chips Pastries Had a great time here…! Must Try.

Baileys the cake shop it's been a long time they are serving in the area of pimple saudagar . The has a great reputation in their business . The serve all the fresh baked items with the tasty taste. All the products are hygienic

Went for their Cake festival where they were making live cakes and pastries!! They have some really amazing cakes . Apart from cakes and pastries they have a wide range of cookies (sweet as well as savouries) and Veg/non-veg puffs . . Do order your cakes from Bailey’s on any upcoming occasion!!

I had asked for a very basic customization in ombre effect. Though the cake looks good I am not impressed at the way the names were written. It was shabby, letter spacing incorrect. When we pay for a customised cake we do expect everything to be neat enough for the price we pay.

Had a very very very bad experience by this cake shop I had ordered choclate truffle cake on 15th oct, for my sons Birthday on 16th oct with car print and "HAPPY BIRTHDAY VIRAT" to be printed, i told the staff 4 times that dont make mistake in name(the staff member was so over confident that he said he never makes mistake in name)here is what happened 1. I went to receive cake and saw wrong name printed on cake, that was my sons birthday and they wrote completely different name, asked about mistake staff says confusion due to same 2 orders , if it was a case then why haven't they handed me cake on which there was name Virat 2. After discussing, they agreed make correction in print and send me cake in 30 min. 3. I am continuously calling to take follow up and got update that new print has been prepared. 4. After 1 hour i haven't received order yet and got an update only after calling myself about this adjustment of name done like shown in image attached. 5. You can see how it looks, for this they have taken almost 1hr 30min they were just doing timepass on phone. 6. These guys were very rude on phone just like " ye humpe ehsan kar rahe hai cake deke". 7. They do not even care about what mistake they had done. 8.Ruined my sons birthday party. 9.they promised about refund, but haven't got any, they didnt even reply on your message. 10. This is not how you build customer relationship 11. 0% customer commitment. 12. I will never ever again purchase anything from Bailey.

After taking order at their own price terms they were not able to deliver the order on time and cherry on the cake is they made different color cake even after rework and delay of 2 hours same mistake. Double cherry on the cake is manager's bad mouth where he suggested to not visit again. All the best for making worst cakes and customer service. I can see it happened with others as well multiple times

The birthday cake we received has a very intense blue color. Even after washing, the color remains on the face and teeth. Additionally, we found hair in the cake, indicating poor quality. Serving such a cake to children is concerning for their health and safety. I strongly advise against choosing Bailey's The Cake Shop.choosing Bailey's The Cake Shop.

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughters, they showed me something and changed the colours in my order, ordered 3 days in advance for morning 11am pick up whn reached at 12.30 pm still they made me wait for 45+ mins to hand me over the cake .

Cake not as shown in Pic.. candle ordered and paid but not delivered ..when called staff, was rude enough and not responding to queries even.. very poor..
