I ordered the cake from Delhi to my friend in pune and they were kind enough to send the cake on time with utmost care to my details mentioned for the delivery not even that they cared to call me and tell me the exact time of delivery and also prepared the cake perfectly. I was skeptical regarding the quality of the cake when I ordered because I am not from that city but they were professional and extremely polite with the process 😊 loved the services! ❤️

Just amazing service from Bakers Basket. They sent me a very fresh cake directly from the Production line. The Cake ordered by me was Chocolate Temptation and it was so delectable that we went crazy eating it. I will def always order from Zomato + Bakers Basket whenever we have a requirement for cake.

Always love the cakes here..fresh n tasty..the best i found here is their mango cake..so so tasty..also the chocolate truffle cake is too good..pineapple cake n blackforest cake is good too..red velvet also didn't disappoint..reasonably priced..do try their pastry n cakes..:)

Fresh cakes and Super Fast Delivery! I ordered the Mango Royale cake for my friends bday and they delivered it on time. The cake was fresh and yummy as usual. :-)

Located opposite bagban in east street is our go to place patisserie Bakers Basket. Ordered chicken puffs( these puffs are whopper sized in comparison to marzorin ones) here many a times and special plumcake. This time tried the puffs warm and cozy at the bakers and ordered donuts for takeway. Puffs are as usual crunchy with nice filling however the hazelnut donuts failed to impress, it was too hard and didn't match my liking. The red Velvet donuts were soft and tasty though so that's a thumbs up.

Good bakery. Especially for the chocolate eclair over here. That's yum af and the best thing you can go in for here . Also, you should try the pineapple pastry.

Stepped into Bakers Basket after almost 20 years. Still remember hanging out at the first outlet at Blue Diamond in the 90's. FACT : They have no doubt maintained their high standards over the last 2 decades. This is one brand which had the potential of becoming a national brand but is never grown beyond Pune. Hope to see this Pune brand on a national scale ....InshahAllah !!!!

I'm giving 3 stars only because of the uncanny behaviour of the staff. So, I recently visited Baker's basket on Christmas to get a cake and I was honestly so disappointed by the behaviour of the staff. They were so arrogant, he literally ruined the cake while packing it. This behaviour is totally unacceptable. I'd suggest the owners to look into this matter and change the staff. However, the cake was good and super moist.

It was worst very very worst the cake i ordered n they gave us some other cake n then not ready to accept the mistake showing customer the attitude very bad service and staff
