main course is cold... grill starter they serve is also cold. we have to wait for eating . pasta mentioned in menu but no one is for serving

On 18 Nov I visited BBQ nation at elpro mall chinchwad. All let me share my experience Starters Veg - paneer , pineapple and mushroom at grill and 2 types of cutlet Coming to the grill part Paneer was not good at all it was overall spicy I asked for less spicy then got plain panner cubes dipped in milk … what a joke. Chicken leg was very spicy and told to give me normal it took 20 mins Waiter was not at all attentive and service was not good at all. Foods only we liked was Chicken Biriyani and icecream. To bring one bottled water I had to ask 4-5 waiters they brought after 10 mins !!! Post lunch i was about to cut cake the interesting part was the music was not working …!!! Bah Food average, No birthday music , staff told some issues on sound… The day really ended bad with worst food and bad services! This would be my last visit at BBQ nation elpro mall, Chwad Pune branch BBQ VILLE at wakad is much better option !!! Atleast its far better than BBQ nation

Got seated, waited half an hour for the grill to start, every time we left the table to pick up food from the buffet counter they took away all of our cutlery, service was very slow and it all felt like a sham, very noticeable and deliberate tricks to shoo away the costumer, non welcoming vibe, servers were polite by time but it looked like some tactics were going on, like no icecream bowls, had to eat in a soup bowl which I had to double check cause the first one I took had some weird stains on it, ingredients like chocolate syrup felt very low quality, paneer was very chewy. My suggestion is if you want to open a restaurant open it with a intention of making people feel good and happy, but here all the motive I see is money, not worth the hassle and waiting, as well as sweets tasted mediocre. If you want to eat good buffet, especially Vegetarian, avoid bbq nation as a whole. There are way better hotels which have better taste as well as better service.

very bad exp. we had done booking with call center and deccan outlet refused to give us table. we had fight for 40 minites and old citizens of age 80 and 85 had to wait. rediculous and no response from call center. we left with seniour citizens after 45 minutes very inhuman

Very poor service at Elpro mall outlet. No attention towards customer in terms of serving starters, replenishment of Barbeque on table.. overall very much disappointing.

Worst experience with the booking and services. Did a team booking with agreed price manager changed the price. These guys are doing some illegal stuff
