Service was great , food could have been more fresh and better but it was average . There was shortage of cutlery , plates , bowls coming late for us to get onto main course . Too crowded even on weekdays wasn’t expected .

Visited Barbeque Nation on Monday evening for veg dinner. I must say the quality is substandard be it paneer or mushrooms. Main course was so bad, I literally took a portion of noodles (looked like had tumeric in it), veg biryani, plain rice and dal. only thing that I can finish was plain rice. biryani was bit sour in taste. rest every thing was either tasteless or bad taste. white sauce pasta sauce was too runny. wouldn't recommend at all.

My experience at Barbeque Nation, Kalyan Nagar was extremely disappointing due to very poor hygiene. The kitchen area, chaat section, and cooking tables were visibly dirty, and there was an unpleasant sticky smell throughout. Such conditions are unacceptable for a restaurant of this brand. Compared to outlets in Bangalore, the hygiene standards at this Pune location are significantly worse
