While the service was courteous, there is a need for better attention to what is being served and what the customer actually requires. A few food items were served very cold, which clearly needs improvement. More care should be taken to ensure that hot dishes are served hot and cold items are appropriately handled. Additionally, proper staff management is required to maintain consistency in service quality. With a bit more coordination and attention to detail, the overall experience can greatly improve.

My booking was for 10:30 but they called me and asked me to come by 10 Pm which I did and then again I had to wait for 15 minutes to get a table so why call customers early when you cannot manage. Second thing was the worst service. Ashe starters Boone padre the fir arhe the! Green chicken pura khana Khatam hogaya fir bhi nahi mila! Caijun potato bhi end mai mang a pada tab mila ek piece! Icecream counter pe kulfi lene gaye toh the guy asked to come after sometime! After some time there was nobody so we had to ask 10 different people to get us an icecream! Also the worst part there is never a single person on the reception desk! Everytime we have to go inside ask 10 different people that we have a reservation then somebody will say wait for sometime then the other person says let the receptionist come he will arrange!!! Why there cannot be a guy who welcomes the guest and arranges a table for them! And the people around there pass us unbothered as if we are asking for free food. I had stopped visiting this branch because of these reasons but yesterday I thought something might have improved but no it’s the same old story everytime

Utter disappointment at a location inside brand Sayaji for Barbeque Nation. Bad food quality, bad food choices, bad presentation, too dirty surroundings, bowls and plates kept at dirty pads in non veg section for both veg and non veg eaters. Desserts close to non veg section, salads kept only in non veg section. No proper bowl quantities kept. Not expected from such a renowned brand. Too loud music, had to literally tell that we will walk away if music is not turned down, then they agreed reluctantly. Overall a big dismay.

The places need an urgent renovation. Ambience was poor as compared to other BBQ Nation outlets. Food options were really limited which was the speciality of them. Washrooms were not in right shape. Staff was not suggesting enough available options & some of them options were out of stock. Overall not good experience.
