I had very high expectations from the restaurant as I had been to it's competitors multiple times, however was disappointed. first round of crispy sweetcorn was half cooked, I could feel like chewing a seed. Cajun was bit salty, pooris of pani poori were salty and oily. Noodles were cold, pasta gray was bit dilute. no one asked for feedback, though service was quick. I would not go again

Very disappointing experience at AB BBQ today. The food quality was extremely poor — most items were cold, tasteless, and not up to the standard expected from a place like this. Overall taste and freshness were the worst we’ve experienced. What made the experience even more upsetting is that today was my son’s birthday. We requested a small cake for the celebration, but the staff flatly refused and showed no willingness to help or even consider the request. There was no courtesy or empathy at all. A birthday celebration turned into a frustrating experience because of bad food, poor service, and lack of customer care. Definitely not recommended, and we will think twice before visiting again.

Very disappointing experience at Barbeque Ville. During our visit, we found a cockroach near the dining area, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for any restaurant. Cleanliness and food safety should be a top priority, but this incident made us uncomfortable and ruined the entire outing. I hope the management takes strict action to improve hygiene and ensure such issues don’t happen again.

We found a cockroach in the food which was extremely disgusting. Highly unacceptable.They should shut down the restaurant if they have no seriousness and the manager was giving lame excuses for the cockroach. They should eat their own food if they are taking the matter so lightly

The booking was for 12, but we were let in at 12:15.. and no items were ready when we came..we were made to wait and the main course items were also not laid out

Food quality has definitely gone downhill as compared to 5-6 years ago. Also the cleanliness is very bad I found multiple cockroaches around plates and tables
