Visited this restaurant with my office colleagues expecting a good experience, but unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. The service was extremely slow, and the staff behaved very rudely when we raised a genuine concern. What was most shocking was seeing a rat roaming around near the bar and kitchen area, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant. Instead of handling the complaint professionally, the staff seemed careless and dismissive. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone who cares about hygiene and basic customer service standards. Very disappointing experience overall.

The service given by the waiter was good, but initially, we wanted to sit near a fan, and there was water everywhere. Then we tried another spot, but it was congested. So we sat near the balcony. Oh my god, the weather was too hot; there was no fan or anything. The food was okay, but we had no desire to eat due to the heat. We ate it anyway and quickly left. We felt so suffocated. At least a fan facility should be available. There is AC inside, but no seating. I wish they would make changes so no customer gets dissatisfied.

rowdy manager, hooligan , threaten to pay as per them extra and if u try ask explanation... they threaten you upfront to let leave place n make pieces of you super gunda management, no customer respect, no zomato and district respect
