I am a regular at barometer daily every morning. I sip my tea with little jaggery and Rahul has been very kind to me to serve me the same since years but today someone from the kitchen denied the same. Very awful experience. How much does it cost just to give bare minimum jaggery

We visited barometer on Saturday evening and we have to wait for 1 hr which is worth to wait. Good and cozy atmosphere. Best thing is they have extraordinary services. Food being served fast. Food is delicious and no loud music - highly recommend to

Overall the experience is really good. The taste of good and quality is really nice. It's a good fancy place and definitely a different experience. The only sad thing I experienced was that it really felt that staff is in hurry, like it felt they want us to quickly have food Vacant the table. I understand this during rush hours but during my visit their was no waiting guests so I believe they should take it in a chill way instead of rushing us.

After a long day and grocery shopping, my fiancé and I stopped to relax with some good ambience and food hoping to spend some quality time. We arrived around 6pm when the place was nearly empty. We asked for a table for 2 and specified that we had some stuff with us that we were carrying. The gentleman who takes care of the booking assured us that we'd get a comfortable spot. The guy who came after escorted us to a corner table where we sat in a cramped spot even when the place was empty for the next couple of hours as it turned out. When we asked if they could shift us to a different table, they said everything else was reserved. Which wasn't the case for more than 2 hours. When I put down the grocery bags and moved my chair where I could sit comfortably, a staff member comes and tells me to move the chair to where it was before. Seriously guys we just needed some respite from the heatwave and a good place to chill. We're totally okay overpaying for your food, but at the very least have a shred of humanity. my advice to you dear reader is that if you're planning to dine at Barometer, please make sure you look the part. Otherwise prepare to be treated like &#!t.

Been here at least a dozen times before, but today was a huge letdown. Ordered Palak Paneer for lunch with my 5-year-old — gave clear instructions on taste. While it seemed okay at the restaurant, once we got home (barely 10 mins away), it was clearly stale. My friend, who’s a chef, suggested heating it to be sure — it tasted even worse. Shocked they served old food, especially with a child at the table. Even the cookie was off. Really disappointed — not going back.

We went all the way from NIBM and before we left we gave them a call asking if we can surely get the place to which 'Rahul' guy said yes!! And after we went all the way there they just made just wait for about 25-30 minutes being unresponsive and rude!! Could've just mentioned it to our earlier rather than wasting our time!!! And the attitude was really horrible!! I wouldn't ever walk in from now

I ordered a Primavera VEG pizza through online delivery there was a clear taste and smell of chicken on the pizza. There was maybe a issue with the vegetables or the sauce used. When i raised this concern the team’s response was unacceptable that such a mistake was not possible from their side. The zomato team also gave a unsatisfactory response.
