Well, I came to lonavla 5 days back at our bunglow for vacation. So at night we visited this baskin Robbins store over there like order mango ice-cream with cone which was good in taste & even tasted the blueberry too. Taste : 5/5 Value from money : 4/5 Ambience : 4/5

Baskin Robbins usually has a nice variety of flavours and types of ice cream to choose from. I tired Black Forest ice cream cake It was so dam tasty. One of the best icecream cake I had❤

This outlet is situated near Kumar resorts. A very huge relief in this sultry summer. My favourites being Mississippi mud and cotton candy. The alphonso mango was okay. Somehow the quantity doesnt reach upto the expectations. The nearby icecream stall serves a bigger scoop for a mere 40/- However the taste of BR cannot be matched, replaced or compared. And that is what which keeps bringing the customers back. Mint chocolate icecream is an all time favourite too. Also the wide varieties of flavours, shakes, ice-cream cakes is what makes BR what it is.

I would not given a single star to this place .the staff is absolutely rude and ruthless....they have absolutely no manners ...how can they refuse to give paper plate with ice cream.the person attending is rude to his customers and his owner too. Many customers were watching and waiting for their order who also agreed with us and said that he has to give the plates.in the end we got so fed up that we left the place without the ice-cream.and took just the refund back.
