My experience at Bastian was quite disappointing, especially when it came to organizing a corporate party. The biggest issue was the lack of coordination between the waiters and managers different staff members seemed to have different understandings of the restaurant’s policies, which created unnecessary confusion. The policies for corporate parties also felt unnecessarily restrictive and were not communicated clearly in advance. Unfortunately, the manager’s attitude made the situation worse. Rather than being understanding and supportive, the manager came across as arrogant and unwilling to help resolve the concerns. Considering the premium pricing, I expected much better service, coordination, and professionalism. In my experience, Bastian is not a suitable choice for corporate parties, and the overall experience was not worth the money spent. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on better staff coordination, clearer communication of policies.

One of the worst places to go to. Their staff is horribly untrained. Average food. For the kind of pricing and HYPE they create around their space, nothing is worth it. Service is terrible. Dear Bastian, there are FAR better places in Pune than yours - The kind of attitude you throw at your customers isn’t taking you anywhere. Not recommended. Not returning. Ps: Kindly DO NOT give your automated “We’re sorry to hear your experience blah blah” response.

such a bad experience in Bastian, Their policy of payment is not good at all, It is good for dating couples but if you are planning for corporate team dinner or lunch not recommended. They didn't even give a revised bill because they don't have a flexible policy for corporate people.

Extremely commercial, also the cover I received was lesser than what I paid but obviously they didn’t agree. Bartender kept selling me tonic .. good place and works just cause it’s after hours but overall wouldn’t recommend it. Also the attitude of the managers is terrible
