I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this restaurant left me deeply disappointed, not because of the food, which was okay, but due to the owner's shockingly rude and arrogant behaviour. It’s disheartening when a place with potential is undermined by the very person running it. Let’s start with the food. It was average at best. The flavours were forgettable—not bad, but certainly not worth the hype or the prices. The portions were fair, and the presentation was simple. You could find similar quality at a decent café without all the unnecessary attitude. So, food-wise, I would rate it 3 out of 5. Now, onto the real issue—the owner’s conduct. From the moment we arrived, he was dismissive and condescending. When we politely inquired about a menu item, he responded with visible irritation, as though we were wasting his time. God forbid you ask for a slight change or clarification; his tone would become outright hostile. We were a group of paying customers, not schoolchildren to be scolded. Halfway through our meal, he loudly criticised one of his staff members in front of the entire restaurant, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. It was painful to witness and completely killed the mood. Several other tables looked visibly disturbed as well. When we brought up a billing error at the end (a genuine mistake — we were charged for an item we didn’t receive), instead of handling it professionally, the owner rolled his eyes, muttered under his breath, and made us feel like we were trying to scam him. He eventually corrected the mistake, but without a single apology—just pure arrogance. A restaurant is more than just food; it’s about service, ambience, and how welcome a guest feels. Unfortunately, the owner's bad attitude overshadows everything else here. With a little humility and respect for customers, this place could be remarkable. But as it stands, I won’t be returning, and I certainly won’t recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of restaurants out there that serve similar food and treat customers with kindness. Sadly, this place is not one of them.

I have been dining at this hotel for over a year, but my experience on January 4th was utterly disappointing. I ordered the Special Amritsari Kulcha and was almost done eating (about 80%) when I discovered a dead fly in the Kulcha. I immediately informed the server, who notified the owner. However, what followed was shocking. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, the owner displayed a rude and indifferent attitude. When I went to pay the bill, he bluntly stated the amount, as if assuming I might try to evade payment. Such behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful. While I chose not to create a scene at the time, the owner's lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude compelled me to share this review. For reference, the items we ordered were: Special Amritsari Kulcha: ₹170 Water: ₹10 Attached is proof of payment. To anyone reading this, be cautious, especially with their stuffed parathas.

Owner is very arrogant, he dosent understand how to speak to customers, service is pathetic. Orders take more than 45 mins and on top of that if u ask where is the order the owner shouts saying jiska order kam hoga usko pehle milega.
