Bird Valley had been on my list for a long time now. Being really close to my old workplace and having heard really great things about it, I really wanted to visit this place. Although I never got a chance to visit this place for a long time, I did order from one of their outlets on Sinhagad Road once. And it was great. This strengthened my positive opinion of Bird Valley even more. So when I finally got a chance to visit this outlet a couple of weeks ago, I pounced on it. It was a regular weekday evening and it was raining heavily. I visited Bird Valley, on a Tuesday night with 6 of my colleagues. Although valet parking is not available, they have their dedicated parking space. The ambience is good. They have multiple seating areas both indoors and outdoors. As it was a chilly night with rain pouring, we preferred to sit outdoors to enjoy the rain and the weather. Bird Valley specializes in serving a wide range of North Indian, Continental and Oriental cusine. We started our dinner with Manchow Soup. The soup was perfect and felt even better on the chilly rainy night. Next we ordered Cheese Balls and Paneer Banjara Kebab. The Cheese Balls themselves were perfect. But the cheesy mayo dip served with it was simply amazing. It elevated this simple dish to a whole another level. The Paneer Banjara Kebab were great as well. For mains we opted for Paneer Amritsari, Subz Kolhapuri along with Butter Roti, Jeera Rice and Dal Khichadi. The Paneer Amritsari was good. The Subz Kolhapuri was slightly disappointing. It failed to amaze us. While the spicy notes were there, the gravy was a bit runny and monotonous. Also the tikkis present in the gravy lacked flavour. Jeera Rice and rotis were good. Dal Khichadi was a memorable dish. It was cooked really well. Loved it. The staff was polite and the service was good. Good quality and quantity. Reasonable prices. Really glad that I visited this place.

The food was great as usual. Restaurant had done pest control so it was disgusting to see small cockroaches emerging near customer tables. We had to change our table midway after appetizers. We were then seated in AC section. There also we could see one customer complaining about cockroach siting near their table

Went with my family and it was overall a decent experience. The service was a bit messy but ambience was excellent.

Despite booking in advance in district, table was not available, waiting for 15 min, receptionist was not interested to entertain customers.

The experience belied the rating on Zomato. horrible service with extremely disinterested staff, even with an empty restaurant. The food was uniformly badly made.. The tomato soup had cream that was clumpy and looked like one of these artifical things we read about. The dhaniya cheese took ages to come and was tasteless and barely edible.. The triple schezwan tasted right off a roadside stall.. all in all, a complete washout.. not recommended at all..
