A very old and popular restaurant, going there since MBBS days. Our order is always fixed Tangdi kabab and mutton biryani. This time tried their mutton masala and nan. Nan was huge, 1 nan sufficient for 2 . Biryani taste has changed though

I was one who used to praise Blue Nile about their biryani and tandoori chicken and all. And have recommended to many. I have not eaten at Blue Nile for many months. It is because the reviews are getting bad. If the Management does not sit up and notice this, it will go down badly. The overall rating of 3.6 is very bad.

can manage with place ... very crowded becoz of being a famous place food is good but very poor management and service. my mother is pure veg from childhood but good served Chicken shawarma even after we confirming it 10time before order came.. and when she got to k we left the hotel becoz they didn't seen to care very impolite staff it was soo better thier before .. will never visit again

Visited the iconic Blue Nile expecting a fly-ne dining experience… and they really delivered — with an actual fly in the food! The butter roti came with a surprise topping that wasn’t on the menu. When we pointed it out, instead of apologies, we almost got charged extra for the fly — I guess it was their special “protein upgrade”! Receipts attached: one for the food, and one just to make sure they didn’t miss out on the fly service charge. Flies aside, the food was good — but next time, please hold the insect garnish. Rating: 2/5 (-3 for the fly, +1 for the unintentional comedy, +1 for the biryani)

Very Bad Service. The waiters are very rude with no manners & etiquettes of how to talk to a customer and openly back answer. A simple request of returning an unopened bottle of water came back with a response of "Mai Pagal thodi hu Paani dene ke liye" Neither does the waiters have manners to talk nor does their captain. Disappointed with the restaurant with such a reputation having untrained staff & rowdy staff.

Completely hyped place , cleanliness is not that great. Biggest problem is they have no parking but they have written it is Valet parking. The security guard will direct you to park outside their restaurant , plus they mention that it is reserved parking for their guests. Later I got a pmc challan due to this unprofessional and irresponsible attitude of guard and restaurant.

I asked for a non spicy irani mutton biryani but he insisted on giving me a normal mutton biriyani, he promised to make it non spicy but what arrived was oily greasy snd full of some weird spicy masala. am still suffering from acidity from it. including a photo from the leftovers i packed. also no-one answers the phone

worst experience the biriyani has too much masala no rice the kebab so dry it feels like eating rubber the chicken tandoori tasted pure burnt and cold inside disappointed food

I ordered butter chiken, it doesn't taste like, I will only recommend for ambiance, nothing else.
