⭐ Extremely Disappointing & Unethical Experience – Not Recommended We booked a table at Budget Room, Kalyani Nagar, Pune for 31st December 2025 through Zomato with a 50% offer. The booking was confirmed well in advance, and we planned our New Year’s Eve accordingly. However, after reaching the restaurant, the staff bluntly informed us that no offers would be valid that day and that they had changed their prices for NYE. This was communicated only after we arrived, not at the time of booking, nor through any prior message or call. If this restaurant followed even basic professional ethics, such critical information should have been made clear well before. You cannot confirm bookings with offers and then deny them at the venue. This is misleading, irresponsible, and completely unfair to customers who plan their special occasions based on confirmed commitments. New Year’s Eve is a once-a-year moment. Ruining someone’s NYE plans for the sake of last-minute profit is unacceptable. Because of this unprofessional behavior, we walked out. I strongly advise anyone looking to spend a memorable evening to think twice before choosing this place. The name “Budget Room” itself feels ironic—they don’t even stand by the vision their name suggests. Equally disappointing is the role of Zomato, which allowed such a booking without accountability. Platforms and restaurants like this play with customers’ trust, and such practices deserve to be called out. ❌ I do NOT recommend Budget Room. ❌ Zero ethics, zero accountability. ❌ Customers deserve transparency and respect

We had a horrible experience. The staff didn’t serve us well, there was no one to take orders. Half of the items in menu are not available. Menu prices are purposely doubled, and then they give you 50% discount on it, which is pointless. Parking is extremely overpriced. Ambience is shit, seats are dirty. Visit this place only if we you want to ruin your evening.

It was a horrible experience for us, extremely overrated place, they have purposely doubled the rates and then give 50% off on it, which is actually pointless. Staff doesn’t serve you well, half of the dishes in the menu were not available. Parking is extremely overpriced. Visit this place only if you want to ruin your evening.

very rude behaviour of staff and serving fake alcohol and saying mrp prices total scam people who are coming there who are also not very good, they have bad intentions towards girls I went solo and it was too creepy as I came out within a few minutes
