They are pathetic when it comes to delivery. They will show on Zomato app that they will deliver in 35 minutes but trust me they will double the time. Every time I order from this restaurant they show 30-40 mins delivery time and I have always received my order after an hour or more. Even after that the food is always cold and never fresh. Close your restaurant if u don’t know what’s fast food and what’s customer service. Pathetic management.

I order yesterday night a two burgers but I received very bad packaging and in burger I saw a insect I raise the query in zomato but not happening any helpful result .. I call the restaurant but the number was switched off.. please don't order in this restaurant food is not good to eat

Worst burger I’ve ever had in my life. The burger was so small, it resembled a vadapav. The chicken was so damn dry that it tasted like dirt. I’ll never order from BK ever again. The reviews are not wrong. This joint doesn’t even deserve a 2 star rating.

Very unfair management 93 Avenue BK, Staff unprofessional. Single crispy chicken burger not for sale why download app and order .. I want to know why . It was a very bad experience. Never order

After placing order when trying to call them they ignore your call and service is very poor and they delete the previous post so no1 can see their bad part , worst service

Chicken tooduri patty was uncooked and not taste at all…packaging also was not good enough and main issue was it’s too late to delivered
