Absolutely unacceptable. I don’t know what standard this restaurant is following, but sending a burger patty that is literally burnt pitch-black is beyond shocking. This isn’t “slightly overcooked” — it is charred to the point of being inedible, rock-hard, bitter, and clearly something that should have been thrown straight into the trash, not packed and delivered to a paying customer. And to make it worse, it’s obvious that the other side of the patty had been scraped to remove the charred layer, as if that would somehow make it passable. This is not food, this is negligence. It shows a total lack of quality control, hygiene, and respect for customers. If this is how they treat orders, especially from a known brand, then it’s honestly embarrassing. I expect much better than being served burnt scraps. Extremely disappointed. Will not be ordering again.

Our past experiences with Burger King have been marvellous. What happened today, therefore, would seem to be a departure from their wonted professionalism. An hour elapsed before we were informed that the outlet had not received our order in the first place. It transpired that the delivery platform was unable to make contact with the outlet. The last time we had ordered from this outlet, too, an hour passed before we were told that delivery would not be possible. This despite the fact that the delivery executive had already arrived at the restaurant. What explains the inability of the platform to connect with the outlet eludes us. Hopefully, this does not develop into a pattern. The least we expect is celerity in informing us of such setbacks.

absolutely untrained, rude and unprofessional staff. I have specifically mentioned no onion for my burger while placing order on the automated kiosk itself. I still find onion in my burger after putting a bite on it. when asked to exchange they take whole 10mins to give back the same bitten burger with onion removed. as if I could not have done that myself!! when confronted again they casually say that the preparing staff was new and had no idea she was supposed to prepare afresh. they even had the audacity to tell me I can go ahead and put whatever online rating I want to!!! Avoid this outlet of westend mall at all cost.

worst service we took meals we were not even informed that take away does not include coke and sunades I was so pissed and u should really give bottles for coke for take away and the one who was giving service was extremely rude iam so not visiting again i hate this u should really inform if something is not allowed and the rules should be written or told this is the worst experience here no service the charges of sundaes were included but not given this is the worst u should know a way for take away btw we took meals from the proper shop or hotel in westend nexus aundh

very Bad experience today at BK 1st they don't have softy and they offered me to take Sunday along with my other order i accepted it after that they said sorry sir machine has some problem and we can't give u Sunday also I said ok give me refund on that they said they can't refund my money and have to take something else I mean what's wrong with u guys u nly offering something and it's not available that's ur problem why should I take another thing give m e my money back very very bad experience

I found their wrap stale and complained about it and they gave me the same wrap piece again which I returned. When i asked why they are giving me the same wrap again about which I complained and returned they pretended that they are not even listening. Stale food and bad staff. Please avoid eating here at all cost. I even did not asked for any refund as I was purely frustrated with the way they treated my complain. I have receipt with me and ready for any further action.

Crispy burger was no way crispy. The buger just had single small patty, a small onion slice, mayo thts it.. !! This at Rs.100. Any burger place gives better taste at 100. Why r you even selling this if u cant make it whole? Cheese slice is always dried up like its been sitting open in air for hours. Never eating again. Cappucino was just milk with some coffee flavour. Nowhere felt like actual coffee. Too bad.

order always takes a long time to deliver,more than an hour..it has happened so many times and by the time it's delivered at home it's totally cold. it's absolutely unacceptable,v bad service by bk aundh. ...

Really untrained staff. Only interested in talking to each other than doing their job. I would go to another fast food place
